Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one email box to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you would like to forward email messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
