Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages according to specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you wish to forward messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
